GEOTA (The Guild of Essential Oil Therapists for Animals) is the self-regulatory, governing body in Essential Oil Therapy for Animals.  GEOTA was set up to meet the overwhelming demand for people wishing to learn more about the use of essential oils and hydrosols with animals.

GEOTA is responsible for:

• Membership and ongoing support
• Members Only Area on this website
• Member Group online forum to be set up soon
• Monitoring and developing annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
• Continuing to research and develop to maintain professional standards

Anyone can join GEOTA as a friend member and enter the Members Only area which is in the process of being set up, just contact the office for a membership application form or subscribe online.

GEOTA has put together a database to record any suspected adverse reactions to the use of Essential Oils on animals.  If you know of any suspected case please contact us for an adverse reactions form giving full details.
