"As a vet, I particularly liked the way that the course included the science as well as the art of essential oil therapy: experts in their field covered the chemistry and avoidance of potential toxicity in particular species as well as the mode of action, and olfactory mechanisms of absorption, of essential oils.

A broad Materia Medica explained a good range of oils to offer therapeutically and the kinesiology was helpful in identifying the most appropriate oils to offer an individual.

Most of all I loved the learning environment during the onsite at Healthy Beast Equine Therapy & Rehabilitation Centre, in such a beautiful setting, where the Director of the course, Karen Bourdon, made everyone welcome and was always encouraging and enthusiastic about the therapeutic potential of the essential oils for animals, being an experienced therapist herself".
