TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRODUCT CONDITIONS OF USE

1) When purchasing products through our website or by telephone you agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of use laid out in the Refund and Complaints and the Privacy section.

2) Payments via credit/debit card/paypal are the only payment methods accepted on our website.

3) This website operates on a secure server in an encrypted environment. The servers are electronically and physically secure.

4) Processing of your credit/debit cards takes place in the UK and all payment is charged in Pounds Sterling. Exchange rates are calculated and charged to your credit/debit card in your local billing currency by your credit/debit card company and we have no control over this procedure.

5) By ordering one of our products you are entering into an irrevocable contract to purchase the selected product/s from us. We will make all reasonable efforts to comply with any special requests but such requests are not part of any purchase agreement.

6) All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and despatched at the earliest opportunity. This is normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday. All deliveries are despatched from Monday to Friday.

7) All orders are despatched by First Class mail (surface mail within the UK and air mail outside the UK). Requests for special deliveries will be considered but we are not obligated to despatch by any other methods than First Class Mail. Despatch by courier or private mail company can be arranged at the customers expense and this extra cost will be added to the order price.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

In order for us to process your orders, it is necessary for us to store the information you provide us. You have the option to remove your name from this list at any time. All date is held within the terms of the current UK Data Protection Act.

No information is given out to any third party.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS

1) Should you have any reason to complain about any of our products, please contact us immediately for either a replacement or a refund. Please either call us on 01869 349955 or drop us a line to NHS4animals, Horsehay Farm, Duns Tew Road, Middle Barton, Oxfordshire OX7 7DQ.

2) All our products should reach you in perfect condition. If this is not the case then you may return the product to us and we will immediately issue a replacement.

3) Our products have an excellent record of success in assisting with the conditions for which they are recommended. However if you feel that the results are not satisfactory then please return the product to us, stating when purchased and we will give you the option of a refund of the purchase price or replace the product.

4) Refunds can only be made once the original goods have been returned to us at NHS4animals.
